The terminal has multiple floors. Arriving buses use the 3rd floor, and departing buses use the 4th floor. The terminal is a few minutes on foot from JR Shinjuku Station South Exit and Shin-Minami Exit. Therefore, it is easy to visit right after arriving at the station.
