The Sapporo Beer Museum introduces the history of Sapporo Beer, which began in 1876.
It stands in a red-brick building from 1890 and focuses on how beer developed in Japan.

Free Exhibition
The exhibition explains brewing methods, company history, and old equipment.
The self-guided visit takes about 15–20 minutes.
Entry to this area is free.
Star Hall (Tasting Area)
After the exhibition, you can try different Sapporo beers in the paid tasting corner.
Limited editions are sometimes available.
Last order is 18:00.
Sapporo Beer Garden
Next to the museum, the Beer Garden serves Hokkaido dishes with fresh beer.
The Genghis Khan lamb restaurant is especially popular.
Reservations are recommended during busy periods.
